Which product? Tell us the product name and, if relevant, the spreadsheet and
computer you are using. Excel for Mac and Excel for Windows behave differently with some
features, so knowing which one you have usually solves the problem immediately.
What did you expect? A short description of the result you wanted and the result you
got tells us far more than "it does not work".
A screenshot helps enormously with a wrong number, because we can see what you
typed.
Common questions
Can I get a refund?
If a file is broken, will not open, or does not match its product page, email us
within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you in full. For other refunds, see the
Terms of Sale.
Do you offer team or bulk licences?
Yes. For five or more copies, or for a company licence, tell us the team size and
the product and we will quote a rate.
Can I get a custom version?
Occasionally. If you need a workbook with different regional cost factors, a
different currency, or extra rows in a specific sheet, ask. We will tell you honestly whether it
is worth doing.
Do you offer free products?
The calculators at leechuanjing.com and
pay.leechuanjing.com are free forever, with no account
required. If they solve your problem, that is the best outcome.
